My interviews went well for a staff sdet role at VMware in Palo Alto. I have 14 years of work exp, two masters degrees, greencard, currently working for Adobe.

What should I expect in terms of TC - base, bonus, sign on, rsu etc.?

Any recent hires at VMware, your input will be appreciated. THANKS!

Lol are you slow? Two masters won’t help. Folks are asking for your current comp?

It's a common practice in Blind to share TC, just click on any 3-5 posts above/below...
It also helps to estimate your next role's TC

As to your question - you can get a good estimate at levels.fyi (it's a website)

      Oh, congrats on the onsite!

4 rounds of interviews. 45 mins of interview, 15 min break. Each interviewer knew what the previous asked me.
