tc of house hold 380k cost daycare 1600 mortgage 4000 no car payment currently can i afford used lexus rx 350? 35k for 2017 model. I would like to have more space for my kid so looking for some nice spacious car.

Try 2014 model. It’s cheaper and more affordable. Car depreciation reduces after 5 years.
OP, with that kind of TC, how are you not able to figure this out? Of course you could afford it. The question is really what 'you' want to spend your money on versus investments.

Yes and finance the car. Any interest rate below 3% is almost giving your money for free (inflation)
Get a Tesla. Be cool like everyone else.
Buy it. It’s used, so not wasting money. Counting the residual value, it will cost you ~5000 each year.
