https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-50554931 google fired four people over accessing docs that they should not have been accessing. dont they have role based access control within the company? how is it possible to gain access to other peoples documents?
Most stuff inside Google is public ish by default (open culture). This is why many places do not have an open culture at that scale
It’s all fun and games until you get fired.
The only reason this is news is because it could possibly turn into a woke cause. Like a white tech dork version of Free Mumia Yes, if you dig around in other peoples calendars and files at work, ya gun get fired. Total shocker
