uber atg culture
evaluating a career at uber atg for first out of college job. what is the culture like? do you recommend working there?

They have a better workplace in sf than Uber prime

Yes I recommed working there. Both PIT and SF are good locations and have good projects going on. Culture is still uber-like which means you have more ownership, have to take initiavtives and drive things ahead. Folks are helpful and talented. Atg is transforming, so this is right time to come in as you will be early member of teams starting on these new projects. Cons: recently atg has lost lot of good bunch of people, also pittsburgh has all leadership concerntrated. Should be good for someone right out of colg.
Recommended. Fair warning, you may get salty non-ATG Uber people complaining in this thread.
