vmware offer review
I got a verbal offer from VMware for Sr.MTS in VMC group at Palo Alto, CA Base 190k Bonus 17% RSU 200K/4 year YOE - 7 My current offer has TC is 250k from Broadcom (Symantec employee) I applied through referral and at that time, the level was staff but now recruiter is saying the level is Sr. MTS. I'm assuming they lowered down based on my current TC. how much can I negotiate? is it a good offer?

Are you gonna take it? It’s only 10% increase from your current TC. So purely from a TC perspective it’s not worth the jump.

i got the same base and bonus. but 100k rsu. HR said it maxed out in this level. semns that's not true....
