what makes amazon so successful
If people all the time complain about abusive work culture at amazon and its hight retention rate, why is it still so successful? Honestly, iβm facineted by Amazon, how huge and impactful it is.

Huh. Micro-management, services and god damn smart Bezos? And out of these 3, middle one seems just as outcome of 2 others. And thatβs it? Just one god damn smart and dedicated dude holds up the whole Amazon? It sounds similar to a dictatorship. Is that what makes amazon so successful?
