what should I do in this sitiation?
I passed HC at google last week but seems team match is not going to happen anytime soon. However, Amazon said they will give me an offer next week. Could I tell Amazon to delay my offer? I dont want to join amazon and later resign after getting google offer because I just moved to a company this month. If switch again, my resume will look bad. YOE 6, TC 240k
Why wouldn't the team match happen anytime soon? Is this for L5?
L4, recruiter told me there is literally no openings at this moment, need to wait till November at least.
This is for Seattle I guess. Well, if I were you, I'd just wait for team match to happen. Don't think Amazon would wait. Meanwhile you should work on getting FB offer and use that for comp negotiation.
Is team matching this difficult at google? Why do they interview people when they don’t have roles?

Moving excessively definitely looks bad, but you don't have to include everything on your resume. If you were only at a company for a month, just drop it and say you took time off. Also having Google on your resume will probably outweigh this. It would also be plenty believable if you said you joined Amazon and realized it was a terrible working environment.
I considered this option, but as the notice period is one month, there will be a two months gap on my resume if I leave my current company now.
Nobody cares. Just say you went on vacation
I don't think Amazon will agree to delay offer. You can definitely try Other option is to join Amazon and join Google after a yr as Google offer will be valid for a year.
