why does Broadcom hire citizen/GC for new hire?
What is the reasoning behind it? Just faster to join?

Big companies can absorb the candidate thru other means like send them to a different office | can wait for candidate to join after few months | can put in additional lawyers Companies that don’t have these luxuries , I have seen are staying away from visa
