Or why not? I'm currently a BI analyst and wondering if I should try to transition to DS.
Please tell me more about your BI analyst role. If love to learn more.
I am mainly using SQL & Tableau. I develop queries, then dashboard the shit out of them. Primarily building them for reporting KPIs, sometimes it's what-if scenario modeling, and other times its just data visualizations for leadership presentations. Been learning python for ML/Classification/NLP
I might do something like that in the future. I have a bachelor's in marketing. Virtually no python experience. I currently use Excel to create reports and dashboards. Do I have a chance of going in that direction?
