‘random’ facebook cold email from recruiter for data scientist positon

i got an email from a facebook recruiter asking for a phone chat about potential data scientist positions in seattle. I never applied to facebook. it looks like she saw my linkedin and decided to reach out. Im an analyst without any DS experience, so i have my doubts on the qualifications...however, can someone shed some light on their data science team? is it growing? are they willing to hire for entry level?
