Blind Presents: The 15 Most Recommended Companies To Work For

Job seekers in 2020 have a sea of unforeseen challenges ahead of them. Blind recently compiled the 15 Most Recommended Places To Work ranking, based on more than 8,000 employee responses for more than 50 companies on the jobs site.

While it’s not surprising that major tech companies like Microsoft and Google rank high on the list, some smaller Silicon Valley firms like Atlassian and DocuSign also made the cut.  Some employers go above and beyond in terms of offering career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, effective leadership within senior management, and work-life balance. These companies are now recommended as the best place to work, by their own employees.

Employees at Square felt their employer excelled in these categories, securing them the No.1 spot. Employees say they work on exciting projects, with great people. They report genuinely believing in the mission and the economic empowerment Square provides. Square holds a company rating of 4.7 on Blind’s company review pages. While the rankings below are driven by the net promoter score, we also included the company rating that anonymous users on Blind leave on our company review pages.
