Crypto winter

The crypto exchange Coinbase fired 18% of its team one week after implementing a hiring freeze and rescinding hundreds of job offers. Some of the 1,100 people laid off found out they no longer had jobs after getting locked out of their computers, while others received text messages from HR telling them to check their personal email.
