Living their dream job and life

Harris is now happily working at a company that genuinely accommodates their work-life balance and allows them to manage their own time.

Between flying their drone around a national park, where they live, and working on meaningful projects, Harris made a positive 180-degree change in their career and life.

It was a very good overall experience. It was well introduced. I was able to be very frank with everyone throughout the whole process, and no one was put off by it… The power imbalance [of the job interview] was lessened… [with] a trusting relationship with another person, who I felt would be honest with me.
