I have $100k in cash, I have an emergency fund also. The $100k is just sitting in Ally savings. Should I invest in index funds or money market account? I have maxed out my 401k. I am conservative since I have a family and not looking to buy property. Thanks! #stock #rsu #401k #investment
Curious if folks are 100% invested in the stock market, real estate, etc or keeping a portion as cash, and if so where. For me right now: 30% of assets in cash, mostly big bank money markets, some in Ally, looking at Marcus

Ally sent me a mail about participating in their securities income program related to borrowing stocks. Has anyone participated in such programs? Let’s say I have $100k of amazon stock to loan, how much could I make in a year?
I want to park 40k for long term investment. It’s little but nonetheless... I can open Marcus (by Goldman and seems to have better service and rating than Ally) vs buying more stocks (MSFT vs GOGL) vs more in Vanguard. What would you do? I was thinking 10k as emergency fund in saving account and t...Read more

I've been an investor in SOFI since IPOE. My average buy price is $20 (ouch). I've been thinking of SoFi as potentially being a direct competitor with Robinhood and banks like Ally. The company has faced issues due to student loan moratorium, short interests, as well as market sentiment. Personall...Read more
