This is from a reliable HR source, and confirmed by a few managers that has access to internal compensation report. Effective 2025, there is a huge pay cut across the company as follows: 40% reduction in TC for L8 and L10 20% to 25% reduction in TC for L7 and below

Just see some offers from Amazon. For some sde 2 with 3 4 yoe, they have about 100k sign on each year for the first two years? And they have 160k base as well?! WTF! Although the stock is 5/15/40/40 and about 200k in total, this looks no worse than G and F. TC: 200k YOE: 4
