Sinking ship, company is not profitable and were so many layoffs during my 2 years. Job is super boring, and now with 3 days back in office, it is crap. people are basic and boring- midwest culture, barely any interaction with colleagues so you get to listen to earphones the whole day. people are average and not aspiring to progress. Leadership is trying to do so much to save the company but nothing succeeds. Promotions are too strict based on who kisses more ass, and YOE, not true performance. office feels like a prison, 2 story cube with many tables in rooms without windows, 1 st floor is a bit below ground, so all you see is grass. So many employees left the company in the last year, and they cannot fill it out with proper talent. Management thinks it is normal ....
