Well run company. Stock goes up. P2 side is much different than the P1 side or working for corporate. Very high attrition rate for financial advisors, but that is up to you. There is tons of business available in every zip code.
New tech is slowly integrated since the security needs are high. Many P2 offices do not provide career jobs or any sort of growth opportunities...that's just how it is--they are all small businesses themselves, so benefits and pay will vary greatly. They are all small businesses. New hires either want to be financial advisors, or they don't. Most people don't have the personality for it.
Any feedback on Ameriprise. They seem to offer good rates on auto policies. Wondering how is their claim processing?
I accepted a financial advisry role at an ameriprise firm right before coronavirus broke out. Sent in my acceptance of the offer but havent heard anything back in 7 days. How long do I wait until I follow up? thanks YOE: 0 TC: 85k
