The comp packages and benefits are great, as you would expect.
No work-life balance here. But with so many younger employees who are hungry and have minor life-commitments (no kids, can work long hours and/or at night), if you don't fit your manager's expectation of their ideal employee, expect nothing from them. 4 managers in 4 years here and this has been my observation with each.
