- work life balance and unlimited PTO - Some really great team members and managers that really care about growth and healthy teams - The work is fairly easy even though some people act like it’s critical life-changing work
- Politics between teams is an an all-time low. Tensions are high and lots of bad blood. - Product leadership doesn’t really know that much about modern product development. It’s actually comedic if you can not cry about it. - Roadmaps are non-existent so priorities change every few weeks, and every year or two there are large re-orgs that just continually add to confusion. Lots of duplicate work across teams. - quality of software is extremely poor. Front-end development is about 10 years behind industry. Don’t come here if you want to design, build, and ship high-quality work.
Rumours of another round of layoffs are circulating again. Any truth in that?
