- Decent compensation - Some people are great to work with
- No more values or values are fake - Cultures destroyed. Constant pressures for APEX which are not justified by the compensation compared to others with similar cultures
Looks like the tech companies are making it a trend. Now Atlassian is taking advantage of it https://www-atlassian-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/atlassian-team-update-march-2023/amp #tech
Hearing through the grapevine. Atlassian earnings have been rough so I get it. Doordash seems fine as always so not sure what to make of that. Uber earnings were good which may be an indicator doordash will keep dashing. Can anyone confirm or deny?
Just came across a LinkedIn post about Atlassian layoffs. I saw some posts where people in Atlassian were saying that they are still hiring just yesterday. What's really going on? #atlassian #tech #layoffs
This is the right way to do layoffs. The blog post brings a humanised approach to this delicate matter. It’s quite clear in terms of what is going to happen too. https://www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/atlassian-team-update-march-2023
saw on LinkedIn some people from Atlassian were laid off #tech #atlassian #layoffs #layoff

They've laid off the majority of the Trello engineering team thru restructures, and the last 20 were laid off officially this week. Will Atlassian have another layoff this year? They had a layoff earlier in the year and I've been hearing rumors of another one. #tech #atlassian
Will be joining Atlassian soon. As they are hiring so aggressively, I am a bit afraid they might do layoffs in near future. @Atlassians : Do you see risk of layoffs in coming months or company is doing financially fine.
