comparable comp, good 401k, good wlb depending on team, full remote again dependent on team
no upward mobility, some managers are boomers with boomer mindset and wlb goes out the window if you're working for one of them
Anyone ever transition from any role at a commercial bank (City National, Umpqua, BB&T, Comerica, etc.) to another field? The WLB is awesome - never had to work >;40 hours in a week. But the comp/TC isn't where I'd like it to be. Considering taking courses to learn Python or something. Not sure w
