Offer from both: Amazon (not AWS) estimated comp ~310k (sysdev L5) Blackstone ~280k base and bonus, no RSUs Amazon is more remote friendly though has a reputation (perhaps overblown). Blackstone requires 3 days a week in office and maybe better WLB. Thoughts?
