You’ll be working above your level for years before you get fairly compensated. By then you’ll be mentally checked out and your manager will act surprised when you leave. It’s hard to get a read on leadership. During our town halls the CEO always sounds like he’s being held hostage. The rest of them are brainwashed into thinking we’re doing our members a favor by providing the most mediocre customer service as we rake in billions each year.
