Youāll be working above your level for years before you get fairly compensated. By then youāll be mentally checked out and your manager will act surprised when you leave. Itās hard to get a read on leadership. During our town halls the CEO always sounds like heās being held hostage. The rest of them are brainwashed into thinking weāre doing our members a favor by providing the most mediocre customer service as we rake in billions each year.
Got notice the other day that the company I've been working for for a while is switching insurance carriers to Aetna. Think it's time I start looking for a new job. Anyone aware of any medium/large corporations (>1000) that offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance?
I got an offer from another company from Indiana of HQ. I'm living in California. And, I got the offer from the California office. But, they seem to provide the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana. So, can I use it in California just like I have California insurance? #insurance
