Overall culture is toxic and minuplative. It's a bad company to work for. No future.
Even though my performance reviews for straight 5 years were great but each everytime the boss lied to me. i think it has to do with their racial bias! It's a very racially biased firm and if you are a minority non black or Hispanic you may be on your own completely. HR does not help. Managers are toxic and micromanagers. They wanted everything yesterday. Nitpicky and pitting team members against each other or different teams so that you work crazy hours to deliver what they want. Management filled with liers! HR doesn't care. There is absolutely no recognition. Waisted more than 5 years working for this company. I hope reep what they sow!

As someone who was in this boat I don't think it's worth it. A lot of burnout, days spent staring at the screen. At 30 I regret spending my youth just working, fighting for promotions, preparing for interviews to switch jobs every 2 years. The return on investment is not that great. Move to a lcol...Read more

A recruiter from JPMC reached out to me to apply as VP. I told him I have 13 YOE + PhD in ML and want to pursue an ED position, but he still believes VP is the right title to apply to, saying some VPs have 20 YOE. Could he be right by any means? Edit: I was 64 at Microsoft (laid off)
Got an offer from JP Morgan Chase for a contract to hire position. Pay is between 50-57 per hour which translates to about 110-115k annually. I have about 3 years of experience. How successful, rich, charismatic, powerful etc do you have to be for attractive women to actively flirt with you? Obviously Leo DiCaprio has that but I am asking about the bottom of that range for that to happen - ex multimillionaire, successful dentist, etc
