What is the expected TC for a 10 yrs having 7 yrs of Dev exp and 3 yrs of devops exp and being a technical lead for 2 yrs in any major org. TC 160
I am currently in a lead devops role and would want to switch profile to management. My current manager does not support my career plan. Would it be good to search for other jobs outside the company for a management role with no experince at all.
