ICs and lower lever managers are great and talented ppl for the most part. Compensation is good.
CEO is stuck to an idea that nobody else in the company believes in actually. He's dragging the company there making big moves (layoffs changing teams changing priorities changing strategy.) every 6 months every time he says he believes in it, 6 months later he comes up with a new excuse to change the direction and takes no responsibility for the past mistake.
