- This is a consulting shop which throws bodies at a problem. Yes that's the actual terminology used by management in the meetings. Managers grow and hence engineers transition to management. If that is the career path you choose, you can grow really well. - Engineering has no growth path and although it's touted there is none. It's practically impossible to sell an L5 to a client when all you need is L2, L3 to do grunt work. - Salary growth will plateau the sooner you start hitting the margins. - Lots of artificial internal initiatives to keep people busy. Won't get compensated for it. - Awards are given out to favorites.
