Comp is fair. Limited expectations for email after 5pm. Attempting to do what’s right in the energy transition, if there continues to be pressure from shareholders
Fear driven culture from the top down. The pension drives lack of innovation for fear of retaliation if it doesn’t go well. Not welcoming to those with experience coming in from the outside. They want to mold you to do the Exxon way. Toxic back stabbing and environment of liars only looking to protect themselves. They only do what they are forced to do from the outside, rather than doing the right thing. If the world wasn’t pushing for clean energy, there would not be any push from Exxon to develop it.
