- Uber pay is pretty good I joined after ipo. TC calculated on offer letter was 500K, as a 5B. Had a FB E6. Now my TC is 800k at $60 per share. I’ve been a good performer but still feel its crazy!!! This industry is just great !! Timing is everything.
