It’s a job and you get a paycheck every two weeks
Low compensation, no signing bonus, bad technology, managers are uneducated, turnover is too low, have to go to office 2x a week which is stupid in 2023, the business sucks, agile sucks too, they sometimes ask you to work Saturdays to deal with offshore contractors
Not super well known (the likes of FANG) Great WLB (<;= 40h, no or low on call). Good culture, no stack ranking, nice people, family friendly. Ok salary, enough to live but not for the TC chasers. I’ve heard good things about Expedia, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc. Can you share your gem company?
