It’s a job and you get a paycheck every two weeks
Low compensation, no signing bonus, bad technology, managers are uneducated, turnover is too low, have to go to office 2x a week which is stupid in 2023, the business sucks, agile sucks too, they sometimes ask you to work Saturdays to deal with offshore contractors
