We don’t hire the best talent. We hire talent that fills our diversity quotas and so you get a lot of people that feel they are being treated unfairly while making 300k+. Takes forever to ship anything. Very hard to get promoted past senior.
Entire GitHub India was laid off today. So much for the cheap labor play. Maybe copilot X is that good…🫥
