We don’t hire the best talent. We hire talent that fills our diversity quotas and so you get a lot of people that feel they are being treated unfairly while making 300k+. Takes forever to ship anything. Very hard to get promoted past senior.
Recruiters don’t spend a second looking at it, and it gets used by large corporations to train models that will enable them to pay you less. Wake up sheeple!
