Great work life balance, I work a max of 20 hours a week. Great moonlighting policy.
We don’t hire the best talent. We hire talent that fills our diversity quotas and so you get a lot of people that feel they are being treated unfairly while making 300k+. Takes forever to ship anything. Very hard to get promoted past senior.
Seeing a lot of reviews on here about stack ranking at GitHub recently - does GitHub do PIP frequently as a result of this? #tech #github #microsoft
