Citadel needs to switch from third party headhunters to internal recruiters solely to cut down on the amount of fucking spam their headhunters send out on LinkedIn. cumulative is 3.5 but major (upper division) is 3.7 - is it acceptable to list my upper division GPA on my LinkedIn profile? Have had a few calls with Citadel headhunters who ask for my GPA. I think for HFT recruiting it definitely does matter. I'm still safe being > 3.5 but a 3.7 looks and sounds
