No time Expected to put work over personal life Terrible culture They sell don’t project plan well & sell work based on ideas / don’t provide any guidance on execution Higher ups provide superficial and unhelpful guidance, they speak in abstract bc they don’t know how to do anything Pressure from management to meet unrealistic expectations
How much directors are paid at KPMG and how is their compensation structure looks like? Just curious as a friend of mine is getting into it.

In federal advisory. Every year they congratulate us for high utilization, winning new projects, etc. And around July, they freak out about protecting hours till end of the FY and about utilization. Anyone know of this year will be as bad as last year?
