The package is good, competitive base pay, very good pension and health insurance. Bonus is okay, but management have a bad habit of always coming up with a reason to not be fair with it - have to be prudent with Covid, not sure what business will be like after Covid, pipeline looks uncertain. And yet KF has a tonne of cash in the bank for acquisitions
Work life balance is atrocious - for advisory in particular There isn’t enough staff, so people work hard and burnout. We can’t staff projects properly and partners are mainly incentivised to sell so you’re always pulled into projects that don’t have enough budget or people and you’re expected to work all hours to make it work. People are nice, but the culture and KPIs promote all this kind of behaviour So hard to get promoted internally - you’ve to hit your targets (which is mostly down to the partners you work with being nice enough to share sales credits with you) and then do a huge amount of networking which forces you to spread yourself even more thin
Anyone have any experiences with them? Work for them? I’m interviewing there and curious if they have a reputation. (They’re recruiters)
I received an offer of 160k + 15%bonus from korn ferry for remote position. Is this fair offer?
stability point of view for Azure Devops Director role at Korn ferry
A recruiter from Korn Ferry reached out about a Google opportunity. Is this legit or a scam? If legit anyone have an idea what is covered in a "profile conversation"?
I m thinking about taking one to improve management of my team and my career growth. Has anyone taken them? Recommend any programs? I have about 20$k. Do good schools in Bay area matter? How about Korn Ferry?
Update: I just emailed the recruiter and got a bad email address reply 😂 so that recruiter is definitely MIA. F my life. Really wanted to get into Google 😕 I had my technical phone screen at the end of July, the hiring freeze occurred same day and I have not had any communication from the recruit...Read more
I’m trying to understand the career path and compensation at senior levels of exec search firms. Think Korn Ferry, Russell Reynolds etc. I’ve talked with someone who is a partner at a boutique and they get paid 55% of commissions generated there, but wasn’t able to translate that to approximate tar...Read more
Hi all, recently got a message from GatedTalent through LI. After a quick google doesn't look to be too sketchy. At best could be useful exposure to exec positions, at worst they're selling your info to other corps and countries. Anyone have any +/- experiences? Bonus points: Anyone ever used e...Read more
I don’t see a lot on here about exec search firms (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, etc). Has anybody worked with one of them to get placed at a company? How was your experience? Did they reach out to you or vice versa? How was the comp structure and did they advocate on your be...Read more
I have around 1.7 years of experience at my current company. I have solved around 540 questions on leetcode 175, easy, 310 medium, and 60 hard. And 587 on codeforces (mostly 150+ of >=1500 rating). Do you guys think Striver's sheet would be good enough for Google interviews? Also, how to prepare
Hey everyone! I am a recruiter for Google (provided by Korn Ferry) and we are still hiring for Technical Program Managers. These are FTE roles working directly for Google. If you are not already working with a Google Recruiter, I’d love to connect with you on LinkedIn and have a conversation about ...Read more
