Great compensation, decent benefits, if crypto is your lifestyle you can’t go wrong Cool company overall.
- you get far better benefits elsewhere (getting paid in crypto isn’t valuable when I can buy on the regular market), 401k match and better health insurance is better. -management can’t decide the direction. Either too many initiatives or none. -promotion path is very hazy. - stock compensation as part of overall comp is poor, but stock price is also very depressed. -bonus and raises aren’t great; not valued for hard work. - filter says crypto, but they’re really just a traditional finance institution with new tech. -felt like I wasn’t busy, which is great but not when you’re ambitious.

Was looking to use Kraken, but it has very low employee strength, so not sure how good their security is or if their platform has lot of bugs etc. Robinhood's employee count is about 20x of Kraken but it does not offer a lot of altcoins. Crypto.com's volume of exchange per day is 1/10th of Kraken....Read more

Why buy Coinbase stock when you can just buy Bitcoin? Well, although Bitcoin is near its ath, bitcoin dominance has been going down with the rise of altcoins. At the same time, there will be many altcoins to fail and some to 🚀 therefore it’s really hard to be lucky & pick the right ones Could inv...Read more

Let me preface this to say, anyone that believes Bitcoin and Ethereum is too high and they missed the boat is completely wrong. It’s not too late and would be wise to still buy fractions of each.
