Which of the big tech is the best if I want to work on new innovation as an engineer?
I was told by interviewer that every three months or so they get a week off to “innovate” AKA do some side project or learn some new tech. I’ve tried looking into this but haven’t found anything. Is this a real benefit?

A friend recommended me to an opening on the Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) team at Microsoft and the Data Center Operations Engineering (DOPE) team in it. Does anyone know about the WLB/culture of this team and if the work they do is interesting? YOE: 2
Does anyone know much about this team? Any input is appreciated! Also, how likely is it to join a team that doesn't interview you in Microsoft? Thanks!
What’s the deal? How’s WLB? Anyone work here? Yoe 8 Tc 240k

We know Microsoft has not been doing anything since Satya joined. All Microsoft has been doing is acquiring companies and 0 output. No innovation! Now that ChatGPT joining Microsoft, it is time to fire this clown Satya and put Altman instead as CEO. #microsoft
Microsoft is ahead of Apple in its valuation. Ahead of Google in AI innovation. Do you think MAANG will change to include Microsoft?
Curious about what skills does Sam Altman bring that could help drive innovation at MSFT? Has he personally pushed the boundaries of AI, envisioned innovative ideas or made other unique contributions to AI?

Microsoft had the reputation of being a boomer town with boring products. With their OpenAI integration there’s a buzz about what new innovation they will bring.
