Product versus TPM versus engineering, and the battles are on full display. - Starting to attract middle-management in droves that seem more and more out of touch with the actual work going on.

I think traditional SQL is infinitely better than NoSQL (ie MongoDB) and the "scalability" argument is not strong enough argument for NoSQL
