Does MS have refreshers? I never remember having received in the last 3 years, except in Sep 2018 which was a one time lumpsum and during rewards cycle.
Today, MS release the rewards information. Some people are disappointed. There are two ways to achieve TC growth: you work hard in one company and get promotion OR you change jobs frequently. I think in MS, the second way is always better than the first way. But what about tier 1 company G and F?
