brilliant people, great pay, flexible work hours, and lots of perks
unlimited PTO you can't ever take, culture if very cut throat and very toxic. You could be doing great one day and then the next day you're having an exit interview with your manager and HR.
I've just accepted an offer for a team under this org. Any Netflixers have interactions with this org or can speak to how it compares to the rest of Netflix? In terms of scope, impact, WLB, etc. Some people are saying it's fantastic, others that I will constantly fear being fired. TC: 300k YoE: ...Read more

What is the future of Netflix? What advantages do they have so they can hold on to their current position? They’ve been losing so much great content.
