I guess employee discounts to shop at Nordstrom. Really based on where you are in the org but sometimes you are going to meet very arrogant folks practicing some ancient tech culture and not looking to move forward with new ideas.
Small room for growth. Suck with perks and it is a commerce industry so if you want something tech lc and hop out. Going to deal with folks who are arrogant and not willing to be good communicators so watch out. Need to work on mentoring their new engineers.
I will be Joining Nordstrom soon as software engineer 1. I was just wondering what are all some cool benefits that employees get other than the 33% store discount. Is there a reimbursement for phone bill, gym membership? TC : 150K

Now that this effort is on hold, the stock is back to the price it was before the news broke in summer. Nordstrom still wants to go private just after the holiday season.
