I guess employee discounts to shop at Nordstrom. Really based on where you are in the org but sometimes you are going to meet very arrogant folks practicing some ancient tech culture and not looking to move forward with new ideas.
Small room for growth. Suck with perks and it is a commerce industry so if you want something tech lc and hop out. Going to deal with folks who are arrogant and not willing to be good communicators so watch out. Need to work on mentoring their new engineers.
Realized recently my $25 pants from target look awful after few washes. Now that I have a tech job I can afford better. I was casually browsing Nordstrom website and saw most selvedge denim jeans cost $175+. Is this normal? Or waste of money? Tc: 200k
