Asking for a friend… Contemplating to put underperforming spouse on a PIP. Looking for advices on what success criteria should include.
If you get a PIP, what is the usual turn around ratio? Is there a way to get that taken down and have a normal review by talking to higher authority or hr? Has anyone faced an issues where the manager is purposely trying to frame the employee?
What's the deal with these? Do I actually have a chance? How many people have it made it through one of these? What's your experience?
