- WLB is fantastic. - Most are working some form of hybrid arrangement and (up till recently) a fairly open policy to relocating and working remote full-time. - Least political place I’ve been at (haven’t felt or heard of the need to constantly CYA, watch for backstabbing, etc.) - Performance is recognized. - Recently add maternity/paternity leave benefit.
- A lot potential changes on the horizon related to a soon to be rolled out strategy, potential for a large cultural shift along with personnel over the next few years. - Compensation isn’t the best (nor the worst). - Still a few groups/people who don’t seem to want to drive change or are too happy to coast.
