Nothing to write home about. All that were pros have only existed in the past.
May be, it’s the NY mindset, may be, it’s just the Disney execs. The company used to have a great culture built on respect and collaboration. Everyone was super approachable. WLB was very meaningful. We still have a great product that has been phenomenal even though we have neglected it for the past 4-5 years. Hope they don’t mess it up with the re-platforming. Now, it’s just like a sweatshop. No consideration for WLB. Super top down with zero value for any thoughts/ suggestions coming from others. Plenty of talented folks have already moved on. Market is very dry, otherwise not many will still be around. They won’t care anyway as they can always throw in a bunch if contractors to backfill.
