Low comp Bad managers Culture is non existent since going public. The IPO only benefited the top execs and Dan Gilbert. RSUs are worth nothing and it’s destroyed the coming culture.
Overall there are a lot of great and friendly people. Good health benefits.
Use to be a great and fun place to work. New management within marketing has led to poor leadership and fostering a combative environment across teams. Expectations are not realistic and achievable in the timeframes set.
