Company celebrates amp numbers that aren’t real, pay is low for the industry. There is constant fear of layoffs. There is little training initially that is exclusively for your position type. You will be thrown in a very large class of other new hires, and everyone will have different job titles. I was excited to get the position at Salesforce , but actually being here is not what I thought. However, there are many people that are happy in other divisions.
